IMPACT4Marketing ceases with new GDPR as of 15 May 2018.
Impact Mobile Marketing BV offers with the IMPACT4Marketing system the users of the system the possibilities to manage relations within the accounts and record data of those relations and send personalized emails to groups.
The new AVG and GDPR regulations will come into effect on 25 May. The AVG is the Dutch implementation of the European GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation. From 25 May this year, they will actively monitor compliance with the law. The GDPR / AVG is much broader than just online data and data collection. It is about the use of data within the entire organization. In the Netherlands, the Dutch Data Protection Authority will actively monitor the implementation of the AVG. If one does not have things in order properly, that can be painful. Fines of 4% of the annual turnover are possible, up to an amount of 20 million euros ...
Impact Mobile Marketing BV unfortunately can not comply with the new regulations. It is not possible to supervise or check whether the users of IMPACT4Marketing observe the new AVG and GDPR regulations and meet these requirements themselves.
These new regulations and the accompanying financial risks for Impact Mobile Marketing BV and also for the users of the IMPACT4Marketing system, force us to discontinue all activities of Impact Mobile Marketing BV and the IMPACT4Marketing system as of 15 May.
